Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and management of mitigation projects.
- Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct site assessments and develop mitigation plans tailored to client needs.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and techniques in restoration.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain client relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in restoration technology.
- Manage on Call Schedule
- Produce mitigation estimate
- On Call required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restoration, mitigation, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., IICRC) preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
